You should always strive and focus on who you are and how you can give back to others. The more you work on you will build confidence that others will see shining through. You should make building your confidence and passions a daily thing. Work on yourself daily. Find your encouragement through books, videos, or inspiring people around you. The more confident you are the more contagious you are to others. The more confident and giving you are the better leader you make for your team.
